«Новые функции» вооруженных сил в странах Латинской Америки: факты и интерпретации

Аннотация


В статье рассматривается изменение форм участия вооруженных сил в жизни стран Латинской Америки, соотношение традиционных и новых функций. Автор обращается к их современному положению как государственного и социального института в контексте исторического развития. Значительное внимание уделяется теоретическим представлениям о военно-гражданских отношениях. Общие и особенные черты эволюции вооруженных сил показаны на примерах отдельных стран.
